What should have been an exciting time for him and our family was turning into a possible nightmare! Due to other family issues, I failed to locate a home for him and his two roommates. I've never seen a real estate team work harder to prepare a house for sale and follow through with potential buyers to find the right offer and buyer. We knew we could always count on Janice and Nick to go the extra mile at every stage.

I did so because of her reputation for professionalism, skilled negotiating, and marketing expertise. I was involved in a bitterly contested divorce. As a result, I was compelled to sell my home after 33 years of ownership. The settlement terms were very strict. She is very passionate about what she does and her clients. She looked at and evaluated all options for me including short sale, loan modification, foreclosure and traditional Sale. With her help, I finally zeroed in on an area I liked and wanted to live in. There were many days of searching, but she found the perfect place for me. It had the things I wanted most: a feeling of privacy, a view, a patio, and an inside washer & dryer. We have a rental home in Palmia, an upscale retirement community in Mission Viejo. Our tenants gave notice to vacate as they purchased a home in the same community.
